Bison is a novel AMM protocol that allows users to deposit assets and earn yield. The Bison protocol is made up of both proprietary and free, public, and open-source software. Your use of Bion involves various risks, including, but not limited, to losses while digital assets are deposited into Bison via smart contracts or economic exploits and losses due to impermanent loss. Before trading, depositing, or providing liquidity you should fully review our technical documentation to understand how the Bison protocol works. You are responsible for doing your diligence on the risks involved.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: THE BISON PROTOCOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not provide, own, or control the Bison protocol, which is run by blockchain-based smart contracts. Accordingly, no developer or entity involved in creating the Bison protocol will be liable for any claims or damages whatsoever associated with your use, inability to use, or your interaction with other users of the Bison protocol, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of profits, cryptocurrencies, tokens, or anything else of value. Bison reserves the right to modify the terms of the Bison protocol at any time for any reason.

There remains a risk that assets deposited into the protocol as well as the BSN token may suffer complete and permanent economic loss should the Bison protocol or any integrated protocols' technical or economic mechanisms suffer catastrophic failure.

BISON AND THE BSN TOKEN IS NOT OFFERED TO PERSON OR ENTITIES WHO RESIDE IN, ARE CITIZENS OF, ARE LOCATED IN, ARE INCORPORATED IN, OR HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (COLLECTIVELY, “US PERSONS”). MOREOVER, NO SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO PERSON OR ENTITIES WHO RESIDE IN ARE CITIZENS OF, ARE LOCATED IN, ARE INCORPORATED IN, OR HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE IN ANY SANCTIONED TERRITORY (AND ANY SUCH PERSON OR ENTITY FROM A SANCTIONED TERRITORY, A “SANCTIONED PERSON”).
